My experience with Mr. Grout was FANTASTIC! After a DIY renovation in our master bathroom, we called Matt to help us clean some grout off of the shower tiles that we could not remove. We tried every remedy at the hardware store to no avail. Matt returned our call promptly and visited our home within 24 hours to do an estimate. He put us on his schedule within a reasonable amount of time. When I saw his work, I was SHOCKED! He did such an amazing job and exceeded all of my expectations. I don't know how he got those tiles SO clean! We asked him back a few weeks later to clean the grout

This is the worst business I have ever seen. I called the company for service at my home in Frankfort on Nov 3 2013. After reconfirming the appointment twice the week before , I left everything I had to do including my work to wait for the appointment.This guy did not show up !
I called and left several messages on the day of the appointment to figure out what was going on. Not a single phone call was returned.
I have never experienced this from a business before.
