I'm a Realtor in the Lake Norman area and my first experience with Grainda Builders was over 15 years ago in selling one of their new waterfront custom homes in The Peninsula. The workmanship was impeccable and their follow up over the years with the owners was outstanding. I've since referred them many times. We also used them for a remodel at our own home and were very pleased with the whole process. They're not the least expensive in the business but they're certainly worth it. Both Joe Grainda and Jason Tanenbaum have been my trusted go-to people for questions and they've been so responsive
