I have a old (2000) Toyota and she (my Toyota) decided to lock me out, while running with my mastiff in side with my lunch! I have AAA but I wasn't about to wait. I called them and they said they were on the way. I waited maybe 5-10 mins. Took them a second to get in even while Fluffy was making it very clear that they shouldn't touch his car! They took my pup in stride. LOL! Thank you so much for the fast help! I will totally call in the future!

Needed extra car keys, but only had the valet key. The Huntsville dealership only offered to make a new master key for a pretty penny. BatteriesPlus couldn’t create a working valet key copy.
Tom at “A 5 Star Locksmith” was able to make two working valet key copies, and said he could make a master key if I needed it later down the line. He also had the best price, was quick, and courteous.
I also like that this is a local family operation— Tom made my keys while his young son played quietly in the back.

Tom definitely deserves a 5 star rating! He was at my home quickly from my phone call requesting home door lock changes today. He’s very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the problems, and immediately got to work! His prices are very reasonable. No more do-it-yourself replacements from the local hardware store! Great customer service. Bought my daughter a late model Hyundai that was a program car so only came with one key. It also was a standard key vs one with a chip. Called a few other places for quotes to get another key made and they all told me it was a chip key even though I was looking at it in my hand and can tell the difference. 5 Star was the only one that listened to me and fixed it right up in just a few minutes. Unlike others that I've had work done he went out to test the key after he cut it. For some reason the first key he made would start and unlock the car, but wouldn't lock the door

Our son accidentally locked his keys in the car before we had a spare set made. Tom responded quickly with a reasonable quote. It was great timing, he was able to get us into the car quickly. We then requested a quote to have the spare key on hand cut and programmed. He again came through with a reasonable quote and we had him do the work.
It was then we learned that the spare key we had bought "online" and were sent had a bad chip and required extra labor to program and code. Tom was very informative and showed us the errors the equipment found with our Key fob. He pressed through

I had just gotten into Huntsville late one afternoon and discovered I couldn't get into the front door of my office. Frustrated, I pretty much cracked my key. Tom had me in with three new keys within an hour! Tom's locksmith van was really kitted out nicely so you know you're dealing with a pro. The price was very reasonable too! He'll be my go-to locksmith from here on out.
