I have used this business several times in the past and was well pleased and recommended them to others. When I called on Nov 25 it seemed to have a change in ownership. Even though it was after the posted opening hours the person was not in the office yet and was unsure if he had the key I needed in stock. He said he would call me back from the office in less than an hour. After over an hour of waiting I found a different locksmith closer to my home and got a better price! By the Way, I had told him that I work 3rd shift and had been up all night. Obviously he has enough business and didn't care
