I did quite a bit of homework because of many options and I am grateful for landing to Sargent. Jonathan was exceptional answering questions and inspecting the property. He was very thorough and promptly provided all the information needed to proceed. After the inspection we had the house treated and the gentleman that completed the treatment was fantastic. He managed to treat the house with care and made sure everything was sealed after completion. They were very knowledgeable and the fact that they are local makes it even better. Thank you!!

I had noticed some small ants starting to come into my new-to-me home through an exterior door crack. Sargent did an awesome job getting me scheduled and setup on a routine service to help prevent the ant issue & any other pests. Since their first service a couple months ago, I haven’t had any pest problems at all!

Great company to work with! I recently hired them for pest treatments. I spoke with Jonathan (owner) on the phone and he was very helpful, and then Lucas came out for the initial treatment and did a really great job. He was extremely thorough, and treated all of our different conditions. Highly recommend!

These people are amazing! The lady on the phone was super nice, and the man who came out did a spectacular job! We get spider webs around the eaves and the porch real bad. I've had another company come before and they only ever did a somewhat halfway job of getting them down. This man went all around the house and got every mess of webs down from everywhere, even the impossibly high places. He also not only did the regular spraying, but he put granules out too! 10/10 recommend. I'll never use anyone else again. Thank you! Oh! AND they were $60 cheaper than that other "voted best in the upstate

Sargent Pest Solutions has very professional customer service! We were very pleased from the initial phone call to set up our appointment to the service completed. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He listened to my problem, explained the service clearly, and asked if I had any questions. We have had a sugar ant problem in our home every spring for 10 years until Sargent's solved our problem! This is the first spring we did not have to battle sugar ants - not 1 ant in our kitchen! We highly recommend Sargent Pest Solution!

Sargent pest control has treated the perimeter of our house for 6+ years for prevention of domestic insects. Since initially inspecting inside and out, they provide quarterly treatments that we've found very, very successful: it's rare to find an insect in our house, despite living in a wooded area, and those that we do find typically expire prior to, or soon after, finding. Additionally, communication is very good - we get notifications of impending visits, opportunities to request special services or to limit services (such as due to pets).
