They are extremely responsive, we have them come on a quarterly basis and they are always on time, thorough and alert us to any potential problems.
In between treatments, they always come back and retreat on the rare occasion when that has been needed. We just purchased a home that was treated by these guys back in May for a termite infestation. When we moved in, we called them back to make sure we were still termite free and to treat the rest of the home for a variety of insects.
The home sat empty for a while before we moved in so we wanted to make sure we didn't stir anything up and that we were protected just in case. Aaron was nice, polite, and professional.
