I grew up in Connecticut and have quickly learned that colder weather means smaller bugs. Thank God for Drive-Bye Exterminators!! I do not see big bugs often and when I do they are usually dead. I have called Drive-Bye Exterminators between their quarterly sprays because of big wolf spiders or ants. They come out usually that day or the next!! Super responsive and not to mention the team is so nice and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone especially if you hate big bugs like I do.

I have renewed my contract because in the past year I have not experienced any bugs. They are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have thoroughly. Everyone is extremely courteous whether it is Tom or one of his employees who come to your home Another big plus for me was not being gouged price-wise. I am absolutely satisfied with their services. I was able to schedule an inspection the same day I made contact with the company. They were able to come out the very next day with no obligation of purchase. The inspection was very thorough and they gave me honest and quality feedback. They were very knowledgeable about the type of infestation and I did not feel they were looking for a sale but to genuinely answer my questions and ensure I had all of the knowledge I needed to proceed forward. The prices were the best when compared to mainstream companies and I am very happy to work with a family
