Super service. Super nice. And above all very respectful of our household's social distancing requirements. Perfect service call. We've had roach, termite, and mosquito guidance and/or treatment from Artie and her team, and could not be happier with the level of care, communication, information, and results. The owner Artie needs to take customer service course 101. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers. We gave UPROOTED a second chance because we like to support small business in our community but after 7-8 months of service at $65/mo (for only weeds) our yard still had so many weeds and thatch. God for bid you call and request extra service. She always as a "reason" aka excuse as to why there is STILL a problem in the yard and NEVER has a solution. Just excuses. After requesting extra service, which she didn't want to do, I asked why my lawn still had

Uprooted is awesome and takes incredible care of our lawn. I have used 4 different lawn care companies in the past and cancelled every one of them after less than stellar results. Uprooted has protected our new lawn and helped bring back the backyard where we did not resod. Everything they told me has been true.
On the rare time I've had concerns, they've come back out at no charge to address the issue even when not urgent.
If you need your lawn healthier, these are the people you want to work with. The fact that yard pest control is included is a nice bonus too.
