We had a great experience building with Grand Endeavors homes. This is my families second home with them and we are even more satisfied as we lived on site during the build. James did a wonderful job keeping the project moving along and keeping us updated on what work was being completed each week. He always took the time to answer all my questions and promptly answered all emails! We highly recommend Grand Endeavor for anyone looking to build a new home.

I am very pleased with my new home built by Grand Endeavor Homes. My home is absolutely beautiful! I chose GEH because I wanted to go with an established builder with a great reputation that would absorb any labor or material cost overruns caused by the pandemic. We started off with process with build on your own lot specialist, Jimmy. It was the end of 2020 and they were already very busy but he was able to squeeze us in and modified a plan to our liking. Things got even more crazy at the beginning of 2021 and even though prices of lumber sky rocketed they honored the contract price and didnt try and up the price like we had heard other builders doing. We broke ground late Feb with our builder Kyler. For all the hardships of building in '21, with labor and material shortages, Kyler was able to wrangle everything together in a timely manner all things considering

We absolutely love our new Grand Endeavor Home. Building during a pandemic comes with it's own challenges, and Grand Endeavor stepped up at every turn. Our construction manager Phil was always on top of communication and worked to foresee any issues before they were issues. Grand Endeavor exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. We selected one of their designs and customized it inside and out to accommodate some of our unique desires. GE was quick with new floor plans and didn't charge us for the changes. They completed our house in less than 8 mos from ground-breaking to close. All throughout the process James, our superintendent, was communicative, responsive, and attentive to detail. We happen to live on the property as it was built and were able to witness every nuance of the process. I was able to speak with James almost daily about what was happening

We just finished our new custom home with Grand Endeavors and couldn’t be happier with end-results. We wouldn’t change a thing! The superintendent(s) were top-notch and always willing to listen to our concerns and problem solve very quickly — treating our project as if it was their own. They have a great design team that really brought our vision to the next level! It’s been a tough year, but the builder did an awesome job of anticipating delays in products and keeping our build on schedule. Thanks to the entire team at Grand Endeavor!

When my wife and I were thinking of building a custom home, I had know question who I wanted to use. Our old home was one of the last Jimmy Jacobs' homes on paper. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Knowing there was a bloodline that flowed to Grand Endeavors, I knew it would be the same. We used Grand Endeavor Homes to build on our property in Bertram. They provided guidance on layout and cost of design changes and helped us stay in budget and get the things that were important to us.
Several things in the beginning of the process were frustrating. Pricing on flooring upgrades was less than transparent and ended up adding about $5,000 that I had not intended to spend. The 3 month lag between the time we agreed to everything, provided a deposit, and closed on our loan and the beginning of construction was frustrating.
