Founded by long-time resident and Georgetown native Bradley Cockrum, Cockrum Custom Homes, Ltd. has been building in Georgetown and surrounding areas since the early 1990's. Bradley has always been interested in the construction process of residential home building and is actively involved in all phases, lending him an expertise uncommon among builders.
Choose from our lot inventory, or we can assist you with locating and acquiring a piece of property that meet your needs. Cockrum Homes handles all aspects of site preparation and development, from permitting, utility installation and connection, home and driveway placement, to septic and well-water installation.
We were blessed to build with our Cockrum Custom Homes family for our newest home. We have built with them 3 times and every time has been a wonderful experience. They are like family and are just down to earth people. In our case, it's a true custom experience every time, and they brought our thoughts and dreams to life in every home with quality and detail.

Cockrum Custom Home built our house in 2005. They truly took the time to find the right property for us to build our custom home on and went above and beyond my expectation on finding us the perfect spot. They walked us through the steps of what was needed to be done to get our home built to our expectations and desires and to get it done on time. This company is truly a family environment. They make you feel part of their family. Our home was finished as promised and the quality of workmanship is amazing. Even today 16 years later we have nothing to complain about… our house is built amazingly

We built our dream home with Cockrum homes in 2017 in Georgetown, Texas. It was a beautiful one floor 3,000 sq. ft. open concept home. Bradley and his team listened to what we were looking for in a home to fit our lifestyle and helped us achieve the perfect place inside and outside. If you are looking for a home builder that will be 4 months behind schedule and over budget, then rush you to closing because their "construction loan" is past due, than this is the builder you want. Also once they have their money, they are like ghost. We have been working for almost 2 years to get a huge list of items fixed since we used them to build our house in 2017. We finally had to hire an attorney a couple months ago and they are still not done fixing things and still don't respond. Would never recommend these people. They come across like good wholesome people then get their money and
