They managed to squeeze me in for a small roof repair, even with all this rainy weather. Very pleasant and courteous. Seemed thorough. I'd hire them again.
Great experience with Dalex after this weekend's wind storm. I'm sure they were very busy but they took my one missing shingle (from a section of roof that had not needed work before) seriously and were very efficient and responsive.

Highly recommend Dalex for roofing needs. We built new w Marrano in 2007. I won't mention who marrano used for our original roof but our entire neighborhood had issues w their original Marrano roofs. Our original roof was awful. We had to replace shingles constantly, even w minor 30 mph winds. We finally ended up having our entire roof torn off and replaced with Dalex in July 2018. Dalex was recommended by a work friend and I am so glad we found them. Dimitry and his crew were fantastic. They were all punctual, thorough, and professional from start to finish. 3+ years later and no issues at all

We had major ice damming this past winter (as many people did) and leaking in the house. Dalex provided an excellent solution for us. We chose the the mechanically seamed metal roofing for our house and attached garage. Dalex did a complete tear-off, replaced warn plywood sheeting and installed insulation as needed. The team kept us informed of progress as the project developed and explained everything in detail. We are extremely pleased with how the project turned out. We highly recommend Dalex!!

Very comprehensive pre installation review with a creative solution to a front door problem we have had from the time the house was built. Our roof has several valleys and a steep turret. Everything looks amazing. Dalex made several suggestions for soffit venting and ice shielding that will improve our problems with ice dams. They cleaned up every day and protected our landscaping - a challenge but they did it. Finally we have a great looking roof.

Update: We found some water damage in our house, but didn’t know where it was coming from. Called Dalex because we thought it could be from where our new roof tied in to an existing roof. I called, left a message, and within 2 hours someone was at our house checking the roof. Water is NOT coming from the roof and the guy that came walked our entire roof to double check their work. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are extremely professional and thorough with their work!!

They were very detailed during the estimating process, that's what sold me initially. then after seeing many of their reviews i chose them over three other contractors who were in the same price range. this was a huge 6 day job, 3500 sq ft home. all the workers were pleasant, and cleaned-up at the end of each day. Final clean-up after the completion was excellent. our 1953 house looks like new again. highly recommend / would use them again.

We had the DALEX crew replace our roof with a metal roof. They did this in January 2021, which is no small task in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY! The gentlemen were wonderful to have here. We have a rather large roof with a problem area on the northern side. The crew was courteous, respectful and an absolute joy to work with. I cannot say enough about the entire crew. I recently had storm damage to my garage roof. I called four contractors to give me a quote. The first came out as he said he would, however gave me no formal quote. He had a "just trust me" attitude about him. The second, Dalex, told me when I called that I would pay a fee for the estimate, and then if I chose to do the work, that would be credited to my final payment. BEST Roofing company in Buffalo to deal with!!! Dalex did an outstanding job on my roof in the city of Buffalo. Our old roof was in terrible condition and our house has very little room around it to work and we are in Allentown - a historic district with a lot of zoning rules. Maksim and Vitaly from Dalex worked with the City of Buffalo permitting and requirements and they and their crew did an outstanding job. Stop looking for a roofer and just save your time and call Dalex.
For years we've had a slow leak near our chimney that ruined one of our bedroom walls. I got quotes from 3 roofing companies, but Dalex seemed the most knowledgable with reasonable prices. The initial dianosis by Dalex was that the pointing on the chimney was cracked, and therefore was the problem.
We hired a mason, and for a time, that took care of the problem. But then it leaked again. This time, we were sure it was the roof. Dalex re-tiled near the chimney and put new flashing and sealant on. Again, that took care of the

We had a wonderful experience with the Dalex Roofing company. Everything was explained to us and Demetri answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, arriving on time and covering all of the shrubs and garden plants with tarps so they would not be damaged. All of the workers were very friendly and polite, and they did a thorough job of cleaning the area after they finished installing the roof. Dmitry being the owner along with family gives you on site estimates , evaluates needs let's you know ahead of time the cost. I compared his estimate to others and his was the fairest for the work done . Tear off , new facia , certainteed shingle , aluminum wrap on facia , longer drip edge to fit inside gutter . New gutters and downspouts , about 14 square , ( on barn ) all done and cleaned up with magnet wheeled cart used to clean up nails .
All this was done in 6 hours except for gutters that were done within a few days taking less then

I recently hired Dalex to perform a complete tear-off of my roof. Their estimate was right in line with other companies, if not less. I chose them because I heard so many positive things, not just because they gave one of the cheaper estimates.
I was incredibly pleased with the work performed. They are so easy to work with (I LOVE contractors who text and e-mail rather than just call - so much easier for me).
Their crew is incredibly hardworking. In the first couple days they worked from 9 a.m. - after 10 p.m. The place was an absolute mess but by the end of the project everything was cleaned

Three years ago I had Dalex replace the windows on the first floor of my 1950's home. Vitaly came to do the estimate. In all my dealings with him he was prompt, informative and pleasant to work with. During installation he and his crew were thorough and efficient. They worked a long day but completed the job in one day. I was very pleased with their work and had no hesitation to have them back the following year to replace the second floor windows -- again, an excellent job. From my experience with Vitaly I have to say he was very fair, highly ethical and does excellent work.
