Built with Sean Patrick Builders about a year ago and we couldn't be happier. The details in Sean's craftmanship and Mallory's attention to detail with lighting, fixtures, and decor is unmatched. If we had to do it again we would definatley choose SPB.

I have known Sean for years and contracted with him to finish our basement after buying our home in Ottawa Hills, OH. Sean's work ethic, drive and sense of design and style turned our dungy, uninviting basement into a bright and inviting space. It's so comfortable that when some of our adult children come home, their preference is to stay in that space.
