However as retirement approached we felt our current home would not work in our later years due to all the bedrooms on the second floor and the stairs. We recently moved into our beautiful new home built by Schoen Builders. Our goal was to build a custom home with a personal touch. From the first meeting with Aaron, Matt and the rest of their “Team” it was obvious we were in good hands. The attention to detail, follow through, and calm demeanor made the building process very smooth and enjoyable. We hired Aaron to build our dream home. We couldn't be happier. The attention to detail in his designs help make the process easy and fun. We built a home he built previously but tweaked it to fit our lot and needs. He is timely and helps make recommendations that are brilliant. His subcontractors are friendly and highly qualified which shows in the quality of the finished product. If something isn't right he fixes it without asking, it makes the whole process move seamlessly and stress free. This builder has integrity.

I would have to agree with Kiran R's review. We built our completely custom dream home with Schoen Builders starting November 2013. We selected Schoen Builders after a review process with four other prominent builders in the area. The main reason we selected Schoen is because Aaron listened and understood our budget and vision, provided us with detailed costs estimates with various options before the build, and brought ideas to the project.
