I would highly recommend this pool company. They were extremely responsive after the intial start up of my pool and a issue with my control panel. They went out of their way during the holiday season to ensure I was up and running. This involved them coming to my residence multiple times and jumping through many hoops. Once all was figured out the owner took the time to explain in detail how everything worked on my phone app at 7pm during his personal time. This was above and beyond and I am grateful for their service!

Lance and his company serviced our pool for almost a year. Everything was great at the beginning. After a few months we starting noticing a lot of salt puddled at the bottom of the pool and when they cleaned the filters, they would dump the debris on our landscape rock. They billed out unexpected service items without pre-approval. On Friday, the last day they cleaned the pool, they sent an email saying they would no longer be providing service because they are understaffed. They stopped service without notice. I would not recommend this company.

I have one year of pool cleaning experience and I applied for A Clear Choice Pool Service. During the training process on the first day, Lance performed unprofessional and incorrect methods to read chemicals and dump chemicals in the pool. After every visit with each client on the route Lance wouldn't brush the pool and perform the basic cleaning duties on every pool. In some client's pools there were salt piles at the bottom of the pool which shouldn't be seen regularly or in my view have never seen that within the year that I was working with my previous pool company. I wouldn't recommend business

We recently finished our pool and our contractor linked us with A Clear Choice. From day one, they treated us like family. Lance even offered to play construction trucks with my 2 year old son in the backyard while I ran inside to grab a pen to sign our contract. I knew from our first interaction that this company was the real deal. I say “like family,” because they saved my Mother’s Day celebration without taking no for an answer. I planned a spa night with my neighbors around 7:30pm the Friday before Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, my husband went to heat up the spa at 7pm and the pump wasn’t

They were responsive to my time constraint needs, even though they are extremely busy this time of year. The technician who came out was friendly, polite and professional. He fixed my pool heater when another company's tech said it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend A Clear Choice Pool and Spa Services.

If you are looking to upgrade your equipment or just need repairs to your existing equipment this is the company to call. Robert was very thorough explained everything in great detail and provided us with several options to choose from. They spent two days at our home making sure the new equipment was working perfectly!
