Paul the pool man has come out several times and the only time the pool was thoroughly cleaned was when I helped him. He doesn't come every week like he is supposed to and the yellow build up shows it. Today I locked to the gate and reported him. He clean the filter and just wash all of the gunk off right onto my rocks and now my rocks is covered with it. Clean my pool like your kids will be swimming in it. Poor service
