Had work done with AJ's glass -5 years ago and then again 2 years ago when Javier was in charge. When we remodeled our master bath in 2018, Jesse installed and had to come back 3 times because the doors kept leaking. Finally his father Javier(who has since retired) came and fixed the job and shower doors were great. Now, our doors were making a strange sound, Called AJ's 3 times last week, even emailed them and txt Jesse... NO RESPONSE!
It's too bad Javier retired. They did great work before Jesse took over.

Great job on my screens. Took my old ones and they made new screens with a PERFECT fit. The place I used to go to in Long Beach is too far and only answered the phone when they felt like it...hmmm. So, I'm thankful that I found you. AJ replaced my screens within an hour. Called a few other places; but they would have taken longer To complete. So glad I found this place in Santa Monica. I'm going to use them for lots of house renovation; needs for screen and glass, etc. Thank you!!

Another unreliable company, Javier came out to give me an estimate and said he would provide me a written estimate and it's been over a week and I never received a return phone call nor a written estimate! A total waste of time! Save yourself find another company to conduct business with! Total failure on their part!

Met with Mario last Saturday. He came to the house to inspect a broken glass table top on our deck and submitted a timely estimate. He and his assistant arrived at the house within the time he committed to, removed the broken glass, then installed a new table top. He informed me that the new top was 1/8 inch thicker. He was gone in 20 minutes. The price he charged was reasonable. I hope we don't need his services again, but if you need glass installation for your home or business, I would strongly recommend you contact AJ's.

Jesse was very nice on the phone but never followed up with an estimate as promised for 4 large single hung windows. After a detailed conversation after which he promised me he would get back to me, I called him a week later to follow up and he still did not have anything. It has been over two weeks now, still haven't heard back, they must be busy as the reviews here are great, but I am moving on..

These guys are really great. I ordered 3 custom large screen doors from this company and the new ones are better than the original ones I got. It's been a while since I've encountered any home repair service that does what they promise to do, in the time frame they said they were going to do it in, and deliver a high quality product that's surprisingly even better than what you expect! They are worth every penny.

Javier and Dan took care of me and my last minute semi-emergency window repair job with excellent service and communication, fixing something that two people told me was unfixable.
