So while, we don't take our hard hat off to our guys (because OSHA says no), we do show respect. Clearly our employees think we deliver because some of them have been with us for over 20 years. I will tell you what me and my family have seen our fair share of contractors that don’t care about the customer and I will say it is the complete opposite for this company the day they started here in our streets they were kind enough to knock on our door and let us know that it might be noisy and also give us an estimated time that we could expect it to be done. Their crew was so polite and tried to do all they could to make us happy and our neighbors. They were clean, fast and it looks amazing !

I worked directly with Buck and all I can say is wow! He truly cares about the customer service, he is so easy to work with! I called for a quote on redoing the asphalt at my home and he had a very reasonable quote to my hands in a short period of time! The crew was on time and amazing very cordial and polite. ASI is doing asphalt/concrete replacement acting jointly with our contractor who is rebuilding our demolished carports for our HOA's large project in Santa Cruz. I am not at liberty to say which HOA specifically; however, I am the President of the Board. Am so impressed with the quality of their work & their conscientious attention. As an example, ASI took the initiative to move the schedule forward one day this week to pave before the forecasted storm hit Friday. Had they not done that?
