Luke was on time, professional, and very nice. I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all. I loved watching all the ash falling out of the chimney while he was cleaning it. He even cleaned the doors and around the fireplace! The video inspection is very thorough and he explained what he was seeing. He went in the attic and on the roof to inspect everything. Now I can rest easy knowing we will not have a chimney fire! The inspection report he sent was very detailed and included pictures.

I'm very late in writing this because Luke came out in December, sorry I'm so late! Lol. But I just wanted to say he was super professional, did a great job, and I really appreciate his service. I haven't had anyone look at our chimney in years; we barely use it. He did a full inspection and cleaning, and when done, told me I was good to go for another 2-3 years since we use it so little. He could've easily told me to clean it yearly and I wouldn't have known any different, so I appreciate that honesty. Also, since it was before Christmas, he "found" a red piece of Santa's suit and called my kids

Mr. Gray provides a VERY thorough inspection complete with pictures of the never-before-seen inside of my chimney. Now that he has repaired the chimney I, normally a fire-phobic person, feel confident that I can safely have a fire in my fireplace. The only downside is that he is so good and so busy you may have to wait for an appointment but once he is there, you have his undivided, professional attention. I highly recommend this company!

Luke was our tech. He was fantastic. Gave me lots of information about my chimney and was happy to answer any questions I had. He was polite and professional and very efficient. Great care was used in protecting my furniture, floors, etc. I was 100% satisfied and am ready to enjoy the fireplace without a worry. I absolutely will call this company again!

Luke did a thorough job in cleaning and inspecting our fireplace. He made us aware of several issues which needed to be corrected prior to using the fireplace.
