The Fire Factory was started by Larry Berg, owner of Chimney Concepts, a comprehensive chimney repair and service company located in Cedarburg.
After years of servicing, installing, and repairing chimneys and hearth appliances throughout the metro Milwaukee area and the surrounding communities, Larry realized there was a lack of quality hearth appliances and accessories available to his customers, which is why he launched The Fire Factory retail store a little over a decade ago.

We called Chimney Concepts to check over our gas fireplace. We have lived in our home just over 4 years, and some of the rocks and material on the floor under the grate wasn't looking very well. Joe came out, tested everything and worked with the material in the fireplace. Checked the condition of the logs, grate, and all the rocks and material that make up the rest. When he turned on the fireplace we had flames from the bottom to the the top of the fireplace. Prior to this we were only having flames above the logs which didn't even produce any heat. We had no idea the fireplace could look so nice

Dave was here annual maintenance on our gas fireplace and to provide ideas and a preliminary estimate for new fireplace doors and a new hearth. Dave was excellent. The annual maintenance was completed and uncovered broken log. He asked alot of good questions about the new door and hearth. He also informed us that the log was under warranty and would be replaced. A few days later we received a comprehensive email outlining our options. We will be following up on the project. Dave returned today to replace the log. Dave and the Fire Factory are a great place to do business.

I just had routine gas fireplace maintenance done by Dave, a technician from Chimney Concepts. Dave and his assistant did an outstanding job! Dave was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I previously had a new gas fireplace installed and my chimney rebuilt by Chimney Concepts. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend Chimney Concepts for all of your fireplace needs.

Cody and his work crew were meticulous and built a beautiful fireplace. They started and finished the job as promised. They go out the way to make sure you are very happy with their work. I had my fireplace switched back to a gas fireplace. Jared and Jason did an amazing job. They protected my floors, cleaned up after themselves and were all around very pleasant to work with.
