Badgerland Fireplace recently converted our wood burning fireplace to natural gas and the results are amazing! Brett Flipse was great to work with and the installers did a wonderful job. The Realfyre gas logs and burner are incredibly realistic and easy to use. We are so happy with the results, thanks Brett and Badgerland Fireplace!

I called in December (late in December-29?), i had another appointment right next door anf wanted to make 1 trip. They were going to be closed for inventory, but said i could call when i was there and someone could help me. That day came....and went. I called 3-4 times. Left at least 2 messages. Not one call back to schedule anything. It is now April and i need to get this done. Went there on a Saturday, only 1 person was there and it didnt seem like he wanted to do anything. I called for an estimate about 12/15/2020 and the gentlemen on the phone said he'd call me back after Christmas. I never got a call back so I stopped by their showroom on 1/19/2021 around 12:15 PM and discussed my fireplace project and setup an appointment for 1/28/2021 at 3:00 PM. Guess what? No one showed up at 3:00 PM on 1/28/2021.. No one showed up ever or called or anything. Don't waste your time with this company. And don't waste your time reading the follow up B.S. "response from owner" google reviews where they're trying to save face. They will waste your time. Maybe they don't realize

I stopped in to learn about gas inserts. No one was in sight so I started to look around. I happened to be looking at the Heat N Glow inserts when Bob appeared. When I tried to show him a picture of my fireplace he grabbed my phone to hold it really close to his face. I was very taken aback by someone taking my phone out of my hand. I briefly told him what I was thinking doing with my fire place. There was no discussion beyond the display units we were standing in front of. I asked Bob if the inserts worked with both the remote and the WIFI options. He didn't know but he made a call and had an

The absolute worst customer experience. Do not go here! I placed an order here after going in to the store and was given an amount of everything I ‘needed’ (also staff were not even wearing masks). Was not given any options for valves, burners etc. so took the receipt to a different store and they were shocked. Badgerland charged me for the most expensive products they had without even giving me choices in the matter. The second location told me I didn’t even need something they tried to charge me $160 for. The cost was a quarter of the price at the second location. Went to cancel my order

Do not waste your time with Badgerland! We called in November, Bob came to the house to measure and discuss options. We went to showroom December 12. Bob was there sitting at counter. He didn’t acknowledge us. The other salesman showed us our options. Bob said he’d email a quote in a few days. No phone calls or emails have been returned! It’s now January 20, and we’ve taken our business elsewhere! Country Stove and Fireplace! Badgerland could at least have returned a call or answered an email. Zero customer service!

We’ve had an excellent experience. Kristina in the showroom is so friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of it. We met with her first and then had Bob come out to our house. After hearing and seeing what we were trying to do, he suggested something that actually saved us money. He gave us step by step suggestions of how to do some of the project ourselves. We’re so excited and grateful.

After deciding to convert a natural fireplace to gas this spring my wife and I visited 3 different fireplace stores. I had quotes from 2 of them and badgerland was the second. After hearing what I believe were several excuses why it could not be done by the first store we had baderland come in and take a look. Bob came to our house and his years of experience really showed. Instead of telling us why we couldn't get the unit we wanted he come up with several options of how it could be done. We are so pleased with the level of service they provided and even after a snag during the initial install
