Service was fine, just very dissatisfied with the installation charges. I heard the tech ask someone on the phone what to charge for the installation of a furnace part. The part price was covered under warranty. He responded to who ever he was talking to that it took about an hour tp go get the part and about an hour to install. Well he was here about a half hour total to remove and replace the part. So I didn't know part of the installation would be to pay the tech to go where ever to pick up the part. Anyway I was charged $175.00 for a half hour part replacement. I think that is way out of bounds

Have used KCC for over 20 years. Come twice yearly for preventive maintenance on AC and furnace . AC made a “weird” noise last week and they were here in a few hours. Changed the condenser(?) and all was well .fantastic service.
