Jeff started his journey into the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning as a crew leader and quality assurance manager for The Disney World Contract, one of the largest kitchen exhaust cleaning contracts in the industry. Jeff, utilizing his knowledge and expertise, joined the sales side of the process, and for the last eight years he has been helping customers build smart, safe and reliable Grease Maintenance Programs.
Just about every reputable company in the Fire Protection Industry now provide their customers with after pictures of the key elements and parts of the service provided for their Fire Suppression System. However, the time in which they get them from their provider and the form in which they are delivered can leave something more to be desired.
Jeff Ralston heads up our Boss Fire Protection Service Team. His journey from the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Industry to the Fire Protection Industry has taken over 20 years. Through his relationships with clients over the years he has learned what clients were lacking from their Fire Suppression Inspectors and Fire Suppression Companies, giving him the understanding of how the process should work from the bottom up.
