We haven't received services yet, but I wanted to write a review to share my experience so far. Ryan has gone above and beyond to provide us with courteous, professional, and timely estimates and information. He's remained patient with me and the various questions that I've had to ask as a layperson. He has even taken the initiative to offer up helpful information that I didn't even think to ask about, which was very much appreciated. He has remained transparent and easy to get ahold of. When we called Ryan for our first project he came out promptly and knew what needed to be done. I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism. When we had a second project I knew exactly who to call, Ryan at Bulletproof Landworks. Ryan and his crew, Preston and Warren, did an amazing job on that project as well. The communication about the scheduling of both projects was second to none and incredibly professional. I HIGHLY recommend Bulletproof Landworks and I will be calling them for any future projects. Top notch. Better than every company or contractor we’ve dealt with before. They are the most patient, honest, and prompt contractors I’ve ever come into contact with near the Lansing Basehor an KC area is the great local people at Bulletproof Landworks. I seen the Bulletproof team at my neighbors home last week and had to give them a call after seeing that work that team puts in. From the first call with the direct office lady, Lexie. Patiently put up with my husband an I’s endless questions and answered all of them in the most kind professional and honest fashion she could. She was darling

Quick response from the initial inquiry, professional assessment of my issues and recommendations on approach, and, perhaps most important, able to tactfully point out some flaws in my ideas, and bring me around to a simpler and cheaper solution. The crew, Preston and Warren, did a professional, no-nonsense job, and handled the nosy customer with aplomb. And everybody checked in as the project proceeded to make sure I was happy, phase by phase. Quick, professional, customer-focused. Can't ask for much more.

I hired Ryan from BulletProof Landworks to cut/grade a swale from the back of my house to the side of the house. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. He also sends out an email on Saturdays to customers with signed future contracts to update them on the schedule ahead - delays or not. Hats off to Ryan for starting his own business too. Overall, a really good experience.

Ryan took the time to educate me on my options for pond renovations, even though he knew we were outside of his company's service area, how awesome is that? Ryan shows up when he says he will be there whether it is for an estimate or to do the actual work. Unlike most companies doing this type of work you can depend on him to show up and do what he is suppose to do. He is very reliable, does excellent work and knows how to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently. I highly recommend him.

We called Bulletproof Landworks on a Friday to discuss their services. Ryan was out the next day to survey our driveway and he had a bid to us on Monday. The price was fair and they explained the procedure in detail and took the time to answer all our questions. The crew came out and did an outstanding job on our driveway! ALL of our expectations were met by this contractor - a first for us and our dealings with contractors. They were friendly, professional and we will definitely use their services in the future.
