Linnius Construction is a full service general contractor serving Central Oregon's residential and commercial clients. We have 65 years total experience, and are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Linnius (Lynn-E-US) is named after my grandfather Linnius A. Hanson. He was a WWII veteran and farmer.
As a family we take care of our employees, pay a living wage, and provide healthcare benefits. Grant Hanson is the owner of Linnius Construction. He grew up on a farm, and loves tinkering, exploring, and making a client's vision become reality. Grant can be seen helping in all aspects of the business, he especially loves to see quality of life improvements through remodeling.
Grant also owns a local furniture company, Natural Edge Furniture. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, Carri, and their three children. Tracy Husbands knew from the moment he started building forts in his parents' living room that he loved to construct things. We're not talking a blanket fort here-Tracy nailed walls into the hardwood and cut up the coffee table to use as a roof.

Pairing natural wood slabs with steel bases to create modern organic designs, Natural Edge Furniture produces individual pieces of functional art for the home and office. Exclusively sourced from Northwest salvaged trees, all tables, desks, office furniture, and epoxy river tables are available at our workshop and showroom in Bend or for delivery nationwide.

We had Linnius Construction do a remodel of our kitchen and the main bathroom of our 1995 Goldenwest manufactured home. Although COVID caused some delays due to materials not being readily available, the remodel went smoothly. These guys came in and did the job, stuck to the budget and were very patient with all of my concerns and questions. The results are absolutely phenomenal! The cabinets from North Cabinet Company are stunning (this was the company that Linnius Construction suggested for new custom cabinets). If you are considering a remodel, give them a call. I know we won't hesitate to do

Grant, the owner of Linnius Construction, quickly responded to my phone message. He stopped by first thing the next morning to assess the problem and explained in layman's terms the repairs he was going to complete to solve the problem. He kept me abreast of his progress and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Grant was always professional and his results were top notch. I highly recommend Linnius Construction.

I can't give them a higher recommendation! The owner responded immediately to my text. He showed up first thing the next morning to examine the problem. He explained in detail how he was going to fix the problem while following COVID-19 protocols. His quote was reasonable and I believe the issue has been resolved for the long term. Very professional.
