Waited three months for an on-site visit. Thereafter, I was promised a quote in 5 days but didn't receive one. I sent multiple emails and text messages to Chris and Katy seeking an update, with no replies. Chris answered one phone call and I was promised a quote EOD but I received none. Two days later I got an email that said:

Chris and Katy are amazing! I handed them a drawing I had done of what I invisioned...they delivered exactly what we wanted and then some. I wanted black tile and some other pool companies we interviewed frowned upon it as well as the style of pool we wanted but Katy and Chris loved the idea and brought it to life! It's a one of a kind pool! During the big Texas freeze we had no power for six days so our pool froze..all the damages that happened were repaired for us by Katy and Chris at no cost to us...yes, they covered everything!They went to great lengths to get us up and running. Just call Serenity and save yourself a lot of frustration. We were new to the world of pool ownership and had no idea what to expect in the process of designing and building an in-ground pool for our back yard. Our first aggravating discussions with three custom pool builders sent us back to the drawing board. We were looking for a design that captured our requirements without extras. We wanted the quote to reflect the budget so we could see what things we might have to compromise on to stay within our range.

From the design process all the way through the completion of our pool build communication was always coming in so we never had to ask for updates. Chris and Katie always took time to answer questions even on weekends. I can’t tell you how many weekends Chris was at our house ensuring everything was in order. Chris and his crew saved the day! When they didn't have to either. We had a contractor skip out on the job a little more than halfway through our outdoor kitchen project. We were against a timeline as we were starting a pool and needed it to be done ASAP. He was SO helpful and kind while trying to find the best price (we already had a budget) and get it done as quickly as possible. They even showed up 4 days early as a surprise to us and got started. They were with us every step of the way, provided updates frequently, really listened to our needs and desires on how everything should look, and really utilized high quality technology to design and share with us. The customer portal is very helpful to be able to see where we were at in the process, communicate with the team, and track our billing.
