Wonderful Experience!! I own quite a few properties and deal quite a bit with roofers. I can tell you that this was the absolute best experience I have ever had. My rep was Austin Adams and he was very straightforward. I did everything without being there. They were honest, efficient, showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do. I highly recommend this company. I'd do it again.

Two years ago I called them and spoke with Nate. He was very polite and professional. Told him what I needed. Said it would probably cost $200 and he would be out the following day. I assumed it would be to look at the job. 45 minutes later it was all done. Great job. I called last year and they connected me with David. He never showed up. Said he forgot, then the next time what did you want now ands the 3rd time he had someone else to see and again never showed up. I called about a month and a half ago, told them I needed gutters. They said they would tell their gutter department and someone would

Lever Rep. refused to replace screen's after the insurance company paid for screen's replacement. He came on a Sunday and stated he came on his day off. He decided to come on a Sunday to get last payment. He stood in our house and argued with my husband and myself about replacing screen's. How the money was coming out of his pocket! Really. Will Never use this company again. I have already reported his actions to our HOA.

I called for an estimate to have my gutters and downspouts replaced. David came out, well dressed and On Time! He sketched and measured the perimeter of the house, then gave me a WRITTEN estimate. He scheduled a crew to come to my house within 10 days.
Bobby and Nico arrived On Time, and immediately got to work. They removed the old gutters and hauled them away. Then Nico got on the roof and called measurements down to Bobby, then headed for their truck, where they have an extruder. They actually make the gutters on site, so there are no seams to leak in the future. Nico was applying metal clamps

The Leverage representative was very prompt and very professional. He assisted us through the whole process with our insurance and then scheduled a date for the job to be done. The crew that came out were very professional and got right to work putting on the new roof. The job was completed in a day and a half. They did an outstanding job and we are very satisfied with the finished job. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors and it appears that they are also very satisfied. David, Nate, Taylor & Dillon installed gutters on my home. We are beyond satisfied! They did GREAT work and were the most polite, hard working men we have ever had. These guys showed up when they said they would. I just had a shed but the treated it like it was my house. It started to rain and Alex and his crew stuck it out and finished my project the same day they started. They even provided pics of what it looks like even though you can't see it from the ground. When I do metal on my house they are the first call I make.

My family and I are grateful for David and his Team who came out and took care of us. We recently had gutters and our back porch screened in and it went without a glitch. David was quick to respond in giving us an estimate, and when we decided to move forward, he got us scheduled and installed within a few days.
