After having my roof inspected and submitted 2 times to my insurance company for hail damage by another contractor, my claims was denied. Lenox had my roof inspected by Mindi who assisted me in submitting again. With her through inspection which provided pictures and additional reports explaining the difference of hail damage and roof shingles blistering the insurance company approved my claim for a total roof replacement. I had already told the first company to prepare an estimate to replace my roof which I was going to pay for. Thanks to Lenox and Mindi’s professional evaluation and claim submission

Tye was amazing. He was right on top of the situation and was in constant touch with us working with our insurance company that had some staffing issues that delayed our approval. Appreciated his follow up from start to finish and still going on. He is the Greatest. I would highly recommend him

The Lenox roofing team performed and excellent job. I was anxious about the large job that needed to be done. I was reassured with confidence that it would be done in a expeditious and professional manner by the sales representative Mindi Stronzik. The job took 1 1/2 days. The property was protected and the cleanup was completed to great satisfaction. The roof has weather many summer storms and has come through with flying colors. Starting with Ty their roofing inspector. He is very knowledgeable and confident on what to look for on roofing damage. He found a tremendous amount of hail damage to my roof and in turn also helped the insurance company inspector to see the damage. He helped me with filing my insurance claim the process was very easy with his help. Rebecca the home care manager for Lenox was extremely helpful in detailing how Lenox would represent me in dealing with my insurance company so that my only out of pocket costs would be my deductible. She is very courteous and knowledgeable in her job. The installation

The entire Staff/Team at Lenox did an outstanding job from start to finish. It all began with a call to Lenox, Lindsay to schedule a roof inspection after a hail storm passed through our community, in early May 2021. Ty Wood arrived at our home and did an inspection and later he called an insurance adjuster that confirmed the damage and need for replacement of our roof. A couple weeks later Rebecca called and notified us of a delivery date for materials and installation. On Wednesday 14th of July the Lenox crew arrived and began the process of removal and install. Lenox did an excellent job of replacing the shingles on our roof. We selected Lenox because 1) they got excellent ratings and good authentic reviews on multiple websites, 2) they had a great BBB rating, 3) their sales rep (Ty) gave an effective and convincing presentation, 4) he quoted shingles that are on Consumer Reports' "Recommended " list, 5) he estimated the job would take less than a day, 6) they did not want any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction, 7) they did not submit the cheapest quote but it seemed the best value, and 8) Lenox has an actual brick-and-mortar location
