We had Out of the Woodworks install a railing in our home and it looks amazing! Brian and Christina understood the style and look we were going for and created the perfect railing for us. They were also so kind to try and fit us in their busy schedule, knowing that having two little kids in a house without a railing wasn't ideal. I can't wait to use them for future projects!

We had a great experience working with both Christina and Brian from Out of the Woodworks. They were referred to us by a friend in our neighborhood and we are very happy we chose them to replace our staircase handrails and balusters and newels. They also ended up capping an ugly beam we had.
Christina came to the house several times and did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. Out Of The Woods did an absolutely amazing job on our project. Brian defines the term Master Craftsman and is extremely skilled in his art. Together with Christine they helped us through our ideas and handled the entire project with professionalism, respect and in keeping our place clean both during and after the work was completed. The project included a custom built in bookcase with drawers, and Tongue and Groove Beetle Kill Pine on our living room wall which is 12ft high by 15ft long. Out of the Wood Works recently built and installed new kitchen cabinets for me with two drawers and an insert for spices. It was important to me that the newly-built cabinets matched my sixty-year-old birch cabinets in style and color stain.
Christina and Brian did a fabulous job. Christina came to my house to take measurements and discuss the project and Brian hand built the cabinets. They kept me informed every step of the way.
The Cabinets were installed quickly and left no mess. I would recommend Out of the Wood Works for any cabinet work.

We're thrilled with the project Out of the Woodworks recently completed for us. They replaced our stair rail and balusters, our fireplace mantle, and created new built-in cabinets for us. Their workmanship is top notch and they were great to work with through the entire project. I would high recommend them for any carpentry work you need.

We were having a brand new banister put in on a new staircase. Christina was very patient with us while we decided on what we wanted. We were given the option of painting our wood handrail ourselves to save on cost. We were very pleased at the attention to detail that was taken on the installation. Brian is truly a master craftsman and he and Christina run an A+ business.

Out of the Woodworks built me new newels and railing for my interior stairwell. Christina was very professional in her estimate and very creative in her ideas. She helped me with the various options and was incredible in dealing with my indecision regarding design elements. When Brian arrived for the onsite work, he had all of the materials prepared in advance. Painting and cutting was mostly complete, making the installation process feel very efficient. I have never had a contractor come to my home as prepared as Brian. It was also very important to both Brian and Christina that I was satisfied

In May of 2020, we contacted Out of the Woodworks with a tentative design for built-in cabinets and shelves for our living room entertainment area and fireplace. Brian brought samples of the walnut we wanted so that we could see how it looked in our house, and helped us see how a couple of changes to our design would enhance the functionality of the unit. On installation day, Brian and Christina were neat and professional and respectful of our home and furnishings. 12/20: Out of the Woodworks replaced our 40 year-old stair rails, and our house looks like new! They were great help in designing the project, and the execution was on time, on budget. Great attention to detail, and they worked so hard to make certain it was right. Cleaned up--didn't mind our goofball dogs--just a great experience. Highly recommend.
