I purchased a cabinet from Steve at Kreative Kitchens. It was missing shelves and had a dented door front. Multiple attempts to contact them to help resolve the issue without any resolution. I left repeated messages and he never returned my call. Not sure how this man keeps stays in business. When I remodel my kitchen and bath I'll take my business to Thurston. They're rock stars and were able to help me with what I needed.

We hired Yvonne as a designer to help us with our kitchen remodel, she was like the one stop shop for not only design of our kitchen but our other living spaces. She helped us achieve the look we wanted but were having trouble putting together on our own. Her knowledge of interiors and materials was invaluable. We are so happy with our new kitchen and all she and her team of pros did for us!

Originally hired Kreative Kitchens & Baths to renovate my 1970's master bathroom. The bathroom turned out amazing. Light years better than I expected and on BUDGET, even though they discovered MAJOR plumbing problems. Steve walked us through each concern and suggested solutions to each concern. Steve and his workers (Rob, Brad, Gene & Greg) were here every day. I've had several friends that said they had to beg their contractors to come back, work and finish the project.

Great experience with Yvonne for interior design, she was patient in our planning process, all of our design changes. She educated us on materials, colors, and trends. She solved our space and storage issues in the kitchen, put together the colors, fixtures, and furnishings in a way that really helped us market our house for maximum dollar. I recently hired Kreative Kitchens and Baths to redesign a kitchen for me and my husband. The kitchen ended up being more than I had expected. The crew that worked on my kitchen clean up after themselves on a daily bases and treated my home as if it was their own.
As for the craftsmanship, it was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend Kreative Kitchens and Baths.

Steve seemed good at first. The finished bathroom looked pretty good. However, there were issues with the toilet having construction debris and a red material showing through some glass tile (he did not warn us this could happen). We paid extra to have a deep clean done when he was finished. I was newly pregnant and we had to go on a trip as he finished. We arrived home and the condo was a horrible mess; my husband had to clean everything before I could even step foot into the condo. There was still dust everywhere. Finally, he told us he would keep the rest of our slab on consignment. Never heard
