Sadly, like many companies today, Counter Culture's service standards and ethics seem to have gone downhill over the last year. Blame it on COVID, perhaps.
People in the construction trades are overwhelmed and tired today, but rather than turn business away, many have allowed their standards to slip a little, or a lot. It seems that some are even taking advantage of the fact that customers working on home projects are lined up out the door, so companies know they can get away with a few extra errors, extended wait times, or even a questionable business practice or two. I had a metal framed coffee table that I love the shape of but the top had a gross amount of wear and tear. I reached out to Regina at Counter Culture and she helped me find a new table top that I just love. I got to shop around the remnants in the warehouse and pick out the perfect piece. I brought the coffee table and they fit it to size. Not only was it cost effective but the whole process didn't take more than three days. The customer service was fantastic and I just love the end result. It's got me looking around my house trying to figure out what other projects I can make up!

This is a great countertop company. Fantastic service and attention to detail. Wayne is the owner and he personally comes out to every job to make sure it is done right. Regina and Jesse are the office staff and they handle logistics, scheduling, etc. All three people go the extra yard to make sure you know exactly what to expect, from beginning to end. We had a large, old Formica countertop removed and replace with a nice Quartz countertop made by Pental (who has a great showroom in Aurora, BTW). Everything about our experience with Counter Culture has been amazing. Jess was able to listen to our vision and find the perfect pattern for our bathroom redo. Wayne's attention to detail is unlike anything we have ever seen. Not only does he do great work, he is also amazingly neat. Each day before leaving, Wayne always left our bathroom even cleaner than the last time. The final product is beautiful - beyond anything we could have imagined. Our new quartz countertops are gorgeous! Regina and Jessica in the office are great to work with, and let us take a couple rounds of samples home to mull over. As they say on their website, their showroom is small, but even then, they had all the samples and knowledge we needed to make a good decision. They let us know that certain suppliers sell half slabs, which helped us save money because we needed more than one slab, but buying two slabs would have driven the price beyond our budget. They helped us get the best price--we had shopped around and this was by far the best price we found. When

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I wholeheartedly recommend Counter Culture. We worked with them for the remodel of two bathrooms- the vanity tops, sinks and then the bench top, niche ledge and windowsill in a new bathroom. Their customer service and communication are beyond excellent. They went the extra mile for me during a small snafu (not their doing) that occasionally happens during remodels. I appreciate that. I went to the Home and Garden show simply to get ideas and collect vendor names. Once I met Cory and saw the beautiful quartz counter top of my dreams, I was hooked. Just finished up our project with Wayne and team and we will never have enough good things to say about the experience. Wayne is as meticulous and as helpful as they come from the initial bidding process through the final installation. He offered up solutions to fit exactly what we needed and even suggested and did some minor cabinet moves and adjustments to a wall to cut it down slightly to make our project turn out better for us.
