My old inefficient system had been installed in the 80's and unsurprisingly was declared hopeless. They took the time to prove it. As soon as the new system arrived, 5 men swarmed my house like bees, making sure all was perfect. They were charming professionals. My new programmable thermostat is great, and I even got a lesson in how best to use it. They even hauled away the sad remains of my old system so I had no worries at all! Ah, blessed relief. I can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill.

After 6 estimates from different companies They were not the least expensive but liked the presentation, the answers to my questions, some reviews and checking on the reliability of different A/C units, I chose D&T to complete my A/C unit install. I have a few critiques, my original Technician who came and quoted my estimate didn't relay some of my wants to the installer on the day of installation. I had to address it to the installer, who didn't speak English well. So I had to call the office to clear up those jobs I wanted completed as part of the quote. They responded immediately to my concerns

Amazing company could not recommend the service technician and the sales associate enough! They are very honest and trustworthy. We got other quotes and this company was the most reasonable in terms of pricing and solutions. I appreciated their honesty and that they did not try to rip us off or up sell us. They diagnosed the problem accurately, gave us solutions, and when we chose a new furnace they installed it very quickly too. I would use this company again in future and will be recommending them to family and friends in future!

Furnace & AC upgrade from my 1970's equipment. Also, needed to move my location to other part of basement so required duct work. Obtained 3 quotes, D&T were the best because they did everything under one roof. Professional all the way, from the quoting side and installation guys (2 in total working on our installation), very good communicator and that's very important to me. I want to be on the same page as the person doing the actual work, because my upgrade was a big job with Furnace location move. I felt good and comfortable that what was being done was being done right.

During the pandemic our air conditioning needed replacement. We checked out a few companies and found that D&T rated best on our checklist of price, customer service, friendliness and honesty. And after they installed they also rated high on skills, experience and competency. We had also been planning on replacing our 15+ year old Furnace and had been seeking quotes. Once again D&T had good price and great service. Happy to have D&T by our side.

I shopped around to nearly a dozen different companies to get a replacement ac unit for my house. D&T came in at not only the least expensive, but for a larger unit. The installation was booked for only a few days after I called to place the order. The installation was fast and efficient. The day it was installed it was hot and my house was nice a comfortable shortly after turning it on. I am very satisfied.

Our AC broke and was looking to replace the AC and Furnace after 24 years. I received several quotes to compare apples to apples. The sales guy educated us on many fronts for both units!!! They came in slightly higher than some of the other quotes however, this company took pride in their work and customer service was unbelievable!! The installation was smooth and the 2 installers were amazing to deal with, checked-in several times and kept me informed! They were professional, efficient, and knew what they were doing.
