Firehouse Decks installed a deck and awning installed on a double wide. Apparently this company and Eddie Smith do not know double-wides. He didn't use support posts to attach awning to the house. The awning is pulling the eaves off the house. Gave them a year to make it right, I think that's more than fair. He sent someone out to look at it a year ago to look at it, Eddie was supposed to be In contact, and I heard nothing. So I contacted him again as we are having issues, he said he would be here and no showed and not responding. Responded later and said would be here today, well I held off on

They were on time and were fast about throwing a deck together; however they left the ends uneven, used already split wood in places and left a deck that squeaks horribly on every inch of it. They did come back out and even up the ends of the deck; however, they said that all decks squeak and would do nothing about the fact I cannot use my deck due to the squeaking issues. I'm going to have to have it completely redone by someone who knows how to custom make a deck that doesn't squeak, snap, crackle and pop for every step you take on it.
