In the last 20-30 years, the nursery industry has made many available varieties of trees to the public.
Well, you know the saying, and it's true. Times have changed. Some of the rules surrounding tree planting that were considered correct in the 70's and 80's are no longer considered good arboriculture practices. New Day Arborist did a fantastic job for us from start to finish. Jeff Day, certified arborist, came out months ago to do a condition analysis on the three very large trees on a parcel were were considering buying (adjacent to our current land where we live). I asked what tree would he recommend we plant on it. Months afterwards (took a while for the survey), yesterday they delivered a Tulip Tree (3" caliper, 13' feet tall). It looks as good as we hoped -- and then some. The delivery person Carter was very informative and helpful getting it unloaded off their trailer, giving us

Courteous, professional and very patient with my deciding between pruning or taking down the old sitka spruce in our backyard. The team was amazing; on time, fully equipped and very safety conscious. Daniel made climbing the tree a pleasure to watch, Florentino was very helpful in answering all my questions about my tree and the process they were doing and Carter was working throughout the process. It was a pleasure to see such an efficient team work so well for our benefit. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call on New Day again!

Garrett and his team were excellent and I can't recommend them enough!
New Day's consultation and proposal process was top notch. Garrett was responsive, knowledgeable, and open to questions. I love working with an arborist who loves trees as much as I do!
New Day's team was just as excellent. Garrett was onsite periodically throughout the day. The team was professional, checked in appropriately, and did really excellent work. Our trees look incredible and they did an awesome job with clean up (I think our yard was actually cleaner after they left).
Prices were fair. Quality was exceptional

Our neighbor hired New Day Arborist to remove 2 very large trees.
As they needed access to the tree through our yard, they were very nice and very professional.
All debris was cleaned beyond expectations, and they even used great precautions to make sure that our yard wasn’t damaged.
We will definitely recommend them to all who need any removal or trimming.

Contacted New Day Arborist regarding the dead limbs etc. on our Douglas Fir tree in the backyard. Jeff Day answered all our questions when he came out to give us an estimate, which we later accepted. The two workers who showed up to do the work were extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. Knew exactly what was needed and got right to work. Upon completion, cleaned the yard completely. Excellent communication between Jeff Day and the crew who completed our job.
The tree looks great, and will definitely use New Day Arborist again!

I was VERY pleased with New Day Arborists! Their service was prompt, professional, thorough, quick, and complete! The owner and crew were really friendly. I will most definitely call on them again should I need an arborist. Call them!
EDIT: Just had New Day Arborist out again. They planted a beautiful 16' Sycamore for me. They dug a huge hole, planted the tree, filled with dirt, and watered it in no time. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

I am very impressed with New Day Arborist. One of the owners who came to assess our situation was upright with me, not trying to suggest unnecessary work. The crew were quite respectful of me and the property. The cleanup afterward was much better than what I hoped for. I plan to use them in the future! Most of the pics were videos and I couldn’t upload them, too bad.

We needed various large alder and tall fir trees taken down near our house and on our property New Day Arborists responded back to us quickly and arranged the job to meet our needs. The falling crew was friendly, professional and very efficient. Safety was always number one on their mind. In Jan 2021, Jeff gave me an appraisal of the condition of several trees on my property. He explained things completely and took my wishes and responses to his suggestions to make a plan. Two dead/dying trees were removed and he gave me suggestions for replacements for them. Also a row of 5 cypress trees were to close together to grow well so he thinned them down to 3 trees. I was able to see the suggested replacements at his business where there are many beautiful trees growing. Garrett came out in early May to check on the work and adjusted my drip irrigation system to improve watering everything

I had New Day Arborist come out and trim some really tall hedges in our backyard last month. The crew worked hard and fast and cleaned up all of the mess made by the branches. Our neighbors across the street highly recommended New Day Arborist after they removed 3 really tall large trees from the side of their house. Not only was the staff really nice but they were highly professional and really communicative. I would highly recommend these guys!

This is my second time using New Day Arborist. They cut down five 40 ft Leyland cypress trees. Let the sunshine in! My backyard looks bigger and neater now. The team was very professional. Showed up on time for two days. They were a great team and finished the work with no issues. Jeff, the owner showed up in the middle of the job to check on the progress. Will definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommended
