Although a tree was on my house I could not of had a more delightful experience starting with the office staff and continued with the owner and crew. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and kept me informed of what they were going to do at all times. Beautiful job. Very very nice people!

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not only told us we didn't need any major pruning on the trees, but told us how to go about doing it ourselves. He also made some great suggestions about the kind of trees we could add to our yard.

I contacted Cascade because they were on a list of tree companies approved by the city, and it was a good choice! I started off getting a quote on stump grinding, but after meeting with Richard, I went with his recommendations on pruning some other trees and removing a small tree growing near my foundation that I hadn’t even noticed. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was also very satisfied with the work that Stephen and his crew did in completing the job. So, Cascade Tree Works is now MY approved tree company! 🌳

The crew was very courteous and professional. They showed up on time, did an excellent job trimming my trees and surprisingly left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. Based on this experience I would recommend them and will definitely call them for any future tree work that I have.

Cascade Tree Works has done work for us several times.
They start out sending someone out to give you a free bid.
The cost for their work is reasonable.
We've had trees removed and trees pruned/ trimmed. They did a great job on both. I really appreciated the great job they do on the clean up after the job is completed
In addition, they are very nice to work with

Cascade Tree Works did a great job trimming a huge black walnut tree in my back yard. They were great at communicating, they showed up on time and took care when they were trimming not to disturb my plants. They were kind enough to put a large limb which had fallen from the tree weeks before into the shredder so I did not have to get rid of it. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and would recommend them.

I'm glad that I went with Cascade Tree Works rather than some of the other bids I collected. They weren't the least expensive, but I felt confident from their initial assessment, communication and reliability. After showing up on time for the job, they completed it quickly and completely cleaned up afterwards. Not easy for a 130 ft tree! Good advice after the job for future trees and general info, even on the tree that was removed. I highly recommend them.

Great job taking down the tree but I have had the worst luck with their stump grinding. Last year they didn't grind it all the way down but came out and made it right. Decided to try them again and stopped grinding when they saw a sprinkler head. I told them the water was off and to grind through since the line is already broken but they did not . Came back out and made it right and did a great job getting the rest of it and we can now get to the sprinkler line to repay it!!

All consumers involved in our tree removal project was pleasantly surprised in how fast the tree was taken down and clean up was complete. They arrived early & promptly got to work. A comical response from the owner, just 1 problem, not a bit of truth to it, I promise you that. Never a bad word was spoken between me and any employee at Cascade. I was never charged a penny. I also never cancelled an appointment...all of this is completely ficticios. I can only assume it is part of a narrative the owner invented in response to an honest review of a client's poor customer service experience wth Cascade. It's awesome that the owner responded though...shows that he doesn't like negative reviews. I can only assume he is either a compulsive liar or he has me completly

I've hired Cascade Tree Works twice to remove trees from our property. The first time was a couple years ago when they removed two smaller trees and ground the stumps and more recently they removed a huge pine tree from a tricky spot in our backyard. The pine was closely surrounded on three sides by buildings and fences, so they only had a small space in which to drop the limbs. The crew arrived before 8am on the scheduled day and worked quickly, roping them limbs and carefully dropping them in the safe zone. It was impressive! I asked them to try not to damage a small fig tree below the pine and

Everything about this tree service was top notch. They communicated well. I even missed the quote email and they followed up on it. Everyone I spoke to was great, from the admins in the office to the gents cutting the trees. Very professional. I had a 40' tree removed and stump ground, and a 100' fir tree limbed up about 40'. These guys knocked it out of the park!

I gotta say that I'm not entirely convinced all of these 5-star reviews are legit. I had a completely different experience with Cascade Tree Works. Heather, the owner's wife, was rude, condescending and not much fun to work with. Richard, on the other hand was amazing! He was professional and helpful; everything you want in an employee. Unfortunately, Richard secured our contract but Heather lit it on fire with her juvenile "sorry....(not sorry!") refusal to split the invoice between the three owners of our building. So glad I chose CTW for the job. Owner Greg is knowledgable (and very passionate!) about the tree business. His bid was detailed as well as competitive. Office staff (Kay?) was professional and On It to communicate about scheduling.
The tree crew, Mat and Richard, were on time and prepared and got the job done above and beyond my expectations.

EVERYTHING a company should be! Five star service, professionalism, courtesy, follow through, efficiency and affordability. Today's outstanding work was done by Kyle and Robert. These guys know trees (as do all of Cascade's crews)!! It's like watching circus acrobats performing their art. And the finished product is perfection. So here is their pitch. " we are a small family owned business focused on high levels of customer service. We want you to have the same quality experience we would want and expect..." GAG! It ends up being one of those statements that causes you to throw up a little bit in the back of your throat.
