We recently purchased a new home that needed some help. Union Floor Co. came to the rescue! Gordon (the manager) walked us through the whole process. They were very flexible which was wonderful as we had to remodel a new home while packing up the old home with two active little boys. The bid was reasonable compared to others. They patched multiple places and you cannot even tell there used to be large holes in the floor and missing boards! The floor looks beautiful! They are experts at their craft. Everyone we worked with, Gordon and his team, were kind, efficient and hard working. Thank you, Union

Union Floor Company used to be a great company. I will never use or recommend it again.
Gordon, the current "manager", initially presented a friendly and compliant attitude which was shockingly different from the angry and inappropriate employee that was sent to do the work. Rude Charles arrived mad. He heaved continual sighs and was visceral and loud. He complained. He said that he and his partner were the only two in the "shop" and they couldn't find good help. He explained nothing about the process and his partner did not talk unless allowed. Any questions were

Gordon and his team were absolute heroes! After consulting several companies who would rather rip out or cover up the original floors, I finally found someone who could appreciate the beauty of restoration. Gordon was very knowledgable, quick with communication and took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve. Charles is a phenomenal carpenter and worked very hard to blend in the patch work. This was definitely a tough and dirty job but the team did such a great job and my farmhouse fir floors look stunning!
