Josh was so informative and upfront. Lots of pet stains on a wool rug! After treatment it came out so much better than I ever dreamed. Though, as Josh warned, urine stains on wool are a challenge. But I am able to use my $$$$ wool rug still and I appreciate that! Thank you Josh and Chem-Dry!
