I had a very specific job that I wanted done, which I explained to Eric with very specific instructions. He said OK and gave me a price that was much too high for the job, but I was appreciative that he would take on the job. He showed up a couple of days later with a woman. Again, I repeated the instructions of what I wanted done, how I wanted it done, and with what products. As soon as they set to work, I noticed that they were not following directions.
