I hired Kelly Smoak construction to do my bathroom in my new house and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Mary and Kelly went above and beyond to make my bathroom exactly how I wanted it. If you’re someone like me who is very indecisive Mary is just the person to help you along the way. She emailed me lists of ideas and is extremely knowledgeable of her craft. We began working with Kelly Smoak Construction in the winter of 2020 after our home was flooded by Hurricane Eta. After dreaming about adding on to our house for 15 years, Kelly made our dreams come true. We couldn't be more happier with the work that was done. We now have a true master suite and indoor laundry. This company is amazing :-) when looking for a contractor and construction company I need someone who is honest and not going to overcharge me. it's easy to be taking advantage of but what I love about this company is that they care about the community. Mary donated $500 to pay for swim classes for foster children. Someone with a good heart is who I want to trust when I'm investing tens of thousands of dollars. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! We had our kitchen, bathroom and flooring completed by Kelly Smoak Construction. Mary, Kelly and their team have been incredibly professional, communicative, kind and a pleasure to work with. They were able to start quickly (within days of our initial estimate) as our only bathroom had a non working bath/shower. Mary has been so helpful in providing recommendations for materials which is appreciated. They have produced high quality work, are trustworthy and genuinely good people!!!

My wife and I bought a home in Shore Acres, that needed a little TLC which included completely remodeling two bathrooms. We found Kelly Smoak Construction on NextDoor, and after meeting with Kelly we got a really good vibe.
