Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Trey Payne adopted his love for the construction industry at the early age of 16 as a third generation contractor. Trey started working as a laborer alongside his family, learning the traits of the industry. He chose to obtain his Florida Public Adjuster License and attend Florida State University where he studied Applied Economics and Business Management.

TP3 was very professional from the beginning. I was in the middle of a project and needed something done right away. TP3 came over and provided a quote and timeframe. They were willing to schedule with the current contractors. The timing and quality of work performed by the foreman/Project Manager and the crew exceeded my expectations. The Foreman/Project Manager was very communicative, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend TP3 and may have them do more work for us.

Trey Payne, the TP of TP3, showed up on time, and thoroughly inspected deck, reviewed the original building plans and measured everything. When I asked him how much it would cost, he said he didn't know yet, he would have to cost-out the materials and calculate the labor. I knew then that this was the person that I wanted working on my home. Within a few days, he got back to me with a detailed quote of materials and labor. Trey was very upfront, very honest, and very fair. If the need arises again, I will do business with Trey and TP3 without hesitation.

Finding an honest, reliable contractor who truly values quality of work and customer service is so difficult. Finding all that at a great price point is near impossible. That’s why I wanted to share our exceptional experience with TP3!
We did a major house remodel with Trey and his team recently and could not be happier with the entire process. Before selecting TP3 for the job I interviewed 15 (!!) companies and had a chance to meet some very...interesting t people! 😹 Trey came across as very professional and trustworthy and the impression was right.

We had the pleasure of selecting TP3 to complete renovations in our kitchen and bathrooms. Our project manager, Evan, communicated with us every step along the way and answered all questions that we had. Everyone on the team that we worked with in between was fantastic as well (Sal and Laura!). We were pleased with the work and would highly recommend them if you’re in the area and looking to have work done on your home.

Highly recommend this company. After tropical storm ETA we were left with a lot of damage. I was immediately contacted after leaving a message and work began shortly after. The entire team was extremely punctual professional and did really good work I especially liked that they listened to my requests and were able to put everything back the way it used to be before the flood. I will be using them for anything I may need in the future and highly recommend contacting them if you need anything done. as you can see it was fully restored to the way it was when we bought the house last year :)

Finally a contractor that has your back! Evan Harbour was my GC and I could not be happier. He was always there for me and helped with whatever I needed. There were hiccups along the way but Evan was always there to smooth it out.
ON TOP OF ALL THAT - they finished my work and a few days later my house flooded. Guess who showed up to help with the clean up and anything else I needed - Evan did.
