I am so glad I had this company in my corner. I have used them several times in the past for tune ups so when I had my heater go out I knew just who to call. They came out to me right away. They were seriously at my house the same day and immediately got to work on my unit. They are really knowledgeable and it took them no time at all the find the problem and get it repaired. I am so thankful that I already knew about Aussie's and their amazing work but for anyone who doesn't, these guys are the best. They have my highest recommendation.

These guys were awesome. I couldn’t get my heater to turn on and it was a particularly cold day. They showed up and were able to diagnose the problem promptly. They were so efficient and very courteous while they were in my home. I was genuinely surprised at how fast they were able to get my heater back on. They really solved my problem and saved the day. I was extremely pleased with their services. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

It was so cold and my heater just gave out on me. I found these guys while searching online. I called a number of companies before them but they were the only ones able to show up. They were also very affordable. Honestly, I would bet they have the best prices in the area. I would definitely reach out to them if I had any further problems with my heater or AC. This is definitely not the time of year that anyone wants to have heating problems. Unfortunately for me that’s exactly what happened. I had the hardest time finding anyone to come out and help me with my issue. Thankfully this company was able to help me out. I can’t tell you how grateful I was. They had my heater running within an hour. I was really amazed. A+ for Aussie’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

I just needed a routine tune up to my unit and needed a company in the area that could help me out. What I got was the best customer service experience I have ever had with an HVAC repair company. This team is so polite, honest, hard working, and does everything they can to make sure that their customers get the best possible service. They are very upfront about everything including the costs. This was truly the best service I have ever had. I won’t be using anyone else from here on out.

I noticed that my unit was leaking. Luckily, I was able to get a call into these guys before they closed for the weekend and they were nice enough to send someone out right away. They were able to take care of our repair so quickly. The leak and the issue were solved in a matter of an hour and a half. I’m so grateful to this company for their excellent service. We almost never use out heater but we went to turn it on last week and found that it wasn’t blowing hot air. We started searching online for some help and found this company. They had good reviews and they were really helpful over the phone so I decided to go ahead and have them come take a look. Their technician was really nice and very honest about everything. He let me know what the problem was and about how long it would take to fix. The same day our heater was working perfectly again. I really appreciate the help and expertise this company offers. I would definitely hire Aussie’s again. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked hard to find the source of my heating problem. They took the time to sit down with me and explain the problem. They were never pushy and gave me options on different solutions that were possible. I made the best choice for me and the price was very cost effective. The whole thing was done in less than 2 hours. I’m very impressed.

I would happily recommend this company to anyone. They were so efficient, polite, and affordable. I needed my entire AC system replaced, and they did a great job with it. They started work immediately after my consultation, I'm talking the next day. The crew was very diligent and got the job done fast. They were incredibly professional and personable. I don't think I could have found a better business for the job. I haven't had a single problem with my system since the installation. I am so grateful.
