Buyer Beware. The only consistency expected with this builder is inconsistent messages and inability to follow through with rectifying issues caused by poor design and workmanship. Moved into a new villa community, April 2021 with a promise by the project manager that the cracked patio would be fixed before end of fall. Additionally, the landscape grading promotes flooding, which has now killed all the bushes and shrubs. It's 2022, and this builder has not made any effort to rectify these issues.

Trying to deal with getting MEHs contractors to follow through all of the sudden falls on the buyer, and MEH doesn’t seem to see any sense of urgency with your requests. Our fridge has quit working for a second time since moving in at the beginning of September. MEHs contractors have been unresponsive and unhelpful and so has MEH.

We built our new home with Mark Elliot Homes and moved in early Spring 2019. This was our 3rd home we've built and the process was very pleasant. We worked with several people throughout the different stages (sales team, designers, project managers) and all were very helpful and accommodating. Since we moved in about 8 months ago, there were a few minor items that needed repairs (common in building) which were addressed in a timely fashion. Overall, they met our expectations in building us a new home and we are very satisfied.

We moved into our Mark Elliot home last year and absolutely love it! The layout was very well thought out along with how they utilized all the space. Our building process was such a joy as their team helped us through each step and provided great suggestions. The service team always followed up if we had any questions or a few minor items needing touch up. All of our family and friends rave about how beautiful our home is.
