We are currently in the process of building our first home with Yorway.. and this has been an amazing experience so far. Choosing to build a home has been the biggest decision either of us made. I love that it is completely custom down to every last detail. We were able to make it our own and design our floor plans how we wanted, while receiving feedback and suggestions along the way.

We've been in our new house about a month and for the most part, we love it. The builder still has several things to finish up though.
UPDATED: After initially posting this review with our concerns, Brett contacted us and he's completing our last to-do items with some much appreciated urgency. Aside from a few communication bumps in the road, no doubt, Brett does top notch quality work. Highly recommended.

Brett and his team built us a high quality, beautiful custom home in Prior Lake and we couldn't be happier.
We have a semi-modern open concept four bedroom / four bath home with high ceilings, including our finished basement, and an oversized three car garage. We were very involved in all decisions along the way, and would definitely recommend Brett and the Yorway team to build your custom home!

I built my first house with Brett and Yorway! I am in the process of bidding a new home for my family and I. We are 100% having Brett big our new home. The quality in our current home is amazing! The customer service was great. Some times Brett wouldn't call me back same day, but the next day he was on it! No big deal! The most impressive part was that we had a couple issues with the home 1.5 years after. This was due to some poor sheet rock tape. The 1 year full warranty was up. I called Brett and without question, Brett came out and made all repairs at no charge!! I have sent multiple clients

He does not cut corners on materials like other builders do. Yorway homes finished our basement and remodeled our laundry room in 2016. The basement is large, but with several unique/odd spaces. Brett made several key suggestions and we love the resulting use of the space. He was able to create a bar area that is ideal for our family. He improved the design of the basement by working around existing beams and duct work; you wouldn't even know that these were limitations based on the end result. The overall quality of the construction is great and we love the design.
