Loomis Homes is dedicated to designing and building quality homes you will love to live in! Working for a leading framing company for several years, our founders, Erik and Scott, have always had a passion for construction. However, it wasn't until 2009 when they decided to establish Loomis Homes and provide a service that is closer to their hearts: home building.
Typically, building your home up instead of out provides you with a more cost-effective option since land in or near a metro area can be expensive. At Loomis Homes, our extensive portfolio of two story homes offer a wide range of architectural styles from small to large in square footage and are accompanied with varied price points to match your specific needs and personality.
If you are looking for main level living, Loomis Homes presents a broad collection of rambler homes that provide exactly that. For many homeowners, rambler homes are the best option if you don't want to use stairs daily. These homes tend to appeal to all generations, from empty nesters to younger families, because all the bedrooms are on the main level, while a large family space is located on the lower level.
Loomis Homes presents carefree living with our one level villa homes. Our villa homes were designed to maximize the important features of a home, while minimizing unnecessary space. We recently build our dream home with Looms. All the staff is wonderful to work with, Dan Schmitt was our contact person, he is great to work with, always helpful. Erik and Scott were very easy to work with, we had modified our house plan a bit and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend Loomis Homes.

The Loomis brothers are truly wonderful people. Honest, trustworthy, generous, helpful, smart, experienced, knowledgeable, innovative, creative, thorough, friendly, courteous, respectful, legitimate, hard-working, dedicated, fair and reasonable gentlemen that will build you one heck of a nice house for your money. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and their work. A very smart investment as the value of a Loomis built home is sure to rise. Seriously, you will not regret this decision.

We purchased our home from Loomis Homes and moved in August 11. It's absolutely gorgeous and we are very proud of it.
We had to make some changes to it as my husband is disabled and needed a walk in shower and my husband tells everyone it's his favorite part of the house as he doesn't have to try and step in and out of a bathtub.
As in all new builds they can have some problems but ours were absolutely minor and Scott handled them and responded to my email on what would be done. Our house is a beautiful home thanks to Loomis.

I purchased a home from Loomis Homes about a year ago. The house was a great price, came with many nice features and open floor-plan, and has maintained the high quality that was present when we purchased it. Throughout the past year, Loomis has been quick to properly fix any problems that have come up (limited to typical new home issues). In contrast to larger companies, Scott was always a phone call away and saw that my concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. They clearly care about their customers and we’ll be looking back to Loomis if we ever purchase another new home!
