As the founder of ADOR - Bespoke Homes, Todd has been the main presence that leads the company into the future. Under Todd, both ADOR and its predecessor, Kroiss Development, Inc, has garnered many professional accolades from our partners and has allowed us to win numerous awards such as the 2016 and 2018 BLEND Award and 2017 BATC Reggie Award.
With his 32 years of experience, Todd continues to push the envelope in a customer centric build process and is involved in every project to ensure an enjoyable experience. It's an understatement to say that he truly loves and enjoys helping people create their dreams!
Todd graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, holds licenses as a building contractor and real estate salesperson and has a GRI designation with the National Association of Realtors.He and Pamela have 5 children and enjoy Lake Minnetonka. Life is busy but they still find time for home cooked family meals at least 5 days per week!

Todd Simning was very involved and always there with us during the architectural design. He typically showed up early and was never late for a design meeting. Todd was willing to work through any issues that came up and provide a win-win solution for both of us during construction. He responded to every phone call or email within 24 hours. We really appreciated his energy and responsiveness throughout our project.

We have owned one home built by Todd Simning, we then chose to remodel our next home and custom build our current home with him because he is great to work with. We work with Todd (ADOR Homes) because his quality is excellent, he is responsive and communicates openly throughout the process so there are no unexpected costs along the way. Five star rating for Ador Homes! Todd's honesty, integrity, attention to detail and top-of-class expertise is remarkable. We hired Ador to build our home from the ground up 10 years ago. When it was time to finish our lower level there was no question who we would use. Ador and their sub-contractors are professional, organized and timely. Their craftsmanship is second to none. After a horrendous contractor quit in the middle of our major remodel, Todd stepped in to fix poor workmanship and rebuild our project to the dream we envisioned. His communication skills, relentless pursuit of perfection, superior subcontractors and devotion to getting the project done turned our nightmare into our favorite space in our home.
