The "Tuscan" was our Parade model in 2015. This five-BR, two-and-one-half BA rambler featured all the upgrades you would expect! Custom cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, knotty alder woodwork and a custom walk-in shower in the master BA! Also included were an oversized, insulated three-car GAR, screen porch, concrete driveway and full landscape package with an underground sprinkler system!
