Dallas from Green Machine arrived on time, quickly confirmed my roof rat situation and identified where they were getting in. We're now on a 4 week mission to trap and remove them and to keep them from coming back.
Update: Forgive me for not posting pictures of the rats we caught. That would have just been gross, but I'm really glad they're gone!

Green Machine was excellent to deal with. He was so professional and not pushy. Just let me know where the termites on my rental house were and what they did and did not need to do.
He only told me about their company and how they do things. Did not tell me how other companies do things wrong or try to make them look bad.
It was like dealing with someone 20 years ago when you did business with a handshake.
I had 2 other quotes scheduled but their way of doing business so much that I cancelled the other two quotes and said to him. Let’s get this done.
A few day later they did and excellent

Aaron was excellent and very thorough! By the end of our treatment my toddler was yelling merry Christmas to him as he was leaving and he was so sweet and said it back and waived goodbye and told us to have a nice Christmas. We all ended up waiving and saying Merry Christmas to Aaron at the door lol everyone we have ever got at our home was wonderful. 💚

Used them for the first time today after seeing multiple scorpions around the house and in our bed since moving into our new house. My dog is very scared of strangers coming to our house but Scott was so genuine and kind to my dog. He was professional and kind. He took his time and didn’t rush the process and was explaining as he went along. He is awesome! And Cory is awesome as well! I 100% recommend them!
