TNT Plumbing Company was founded in 1989 as a commercial and residential plumbing contracting company by Todd Hesse and Ted Balin. It became a sole proprietorship in 1990 and has been family owned and operated since then. We specialize in commercial construction, small hospital renovation, medical offices, dental offices, and ground up constructions.
We are a design build plumbing contractor and can meet all your needs-anywhere from basic plumbing to medical gases, clean rooms, LEEDs projects, greywater systems, and consulting recommendations such as cause and effect and problem solving. The employees at TNT have been hand-picked and trained in the field by Todd while simultaneously attending the required apprenticeship and journeyman classroom courses.

Services
Todd and his family have been in the Bay Area since the 1800's. He came from generations of lighthouse keepers, his grandmother was born at the Yerba Buena Island Lighthouse Station in 1911. Todd was born and raised in Castro Valley. He attended Castro Valley High School, graduated a year early and started working full time in the plumbing industry.
TNT Plumbing has performed work for Nelson T. Lewis Construction Company, Inc. for the past 20 years. Todd and his crew have always provided top quality service at competitive prices. They have worked well with our field staff and have always been proactive to help solve problems that arise from existing field conditions.
