As first time home owners with a pool and spa, we were totally clueless about maintenance and operating the pump and heater, until we hired Steve to educate us and show us the ropes. We accidentally drained the spa trying to figure out the pump, and Steve was here right after we called in a panic. The heater wasn't working so we had him put in a new one and we couldn't be happier with the level of friendly service and professionalism.

This is the second time I have hired I.E. Pool Masters. Steve has always been very professional, timely and polite. He was very accommodating to my work schedule and the times he was available. He explained everything to me in the perfect amount of detail and even took the added step of registering my pool pump warranty for me. He also moved a pipe so it was easier for me to access the controls. It's those extra steps that he didn't have to take, which is why I highly recommend I.E. Pool Masters.

Steve came out yesterday and installed a new Pentair Mastertemp 400k to replace our ancient pool and spa heater. I've dealt with a number of contractors in the past and showing up when they say they will arrive is usually a good indication. Steve said he would arrive between 7:30 and 8 and my doorbell rang and 7:50. He brought a helper to assist with removing the old unit and they had it out and loaded in his truck in about half an hour. Steve then got to work making the connections to the new heater. He was obviously very experienced and got right to work with compression fittings too connect

I contacted Steve for an estimate for replacing my color pool light and the deck seal, he gave me a fair estimate and I decided to hire him. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality and promptness in which he and his wife completed the job. I definitely would recommend him for any work you might need done to your pool. I plan to hire him to replace my heater when the funds are available.

I would HIGHLY recommend lepoolmaster!!! I hired him a year and a half ago and have been nothing but please the whole time.
