We bought the house a year and a half ago. We hired Kuhns Precision pools, also known as KP Pool's. This is the first time we ever owned a pool. Our week to week service person was fantastic. The problem with the company is the owner. Anytime we asked a question, the owner, Tim, treated us like we were second class citizens. He went so far as to call us liars when we expressed our displeasure!
When we first initiated contact with KP Pool's we asked how much it would be to repair and maintain the pool. We also got a quote for completely redoing the system and resurfacing the pool.

Highly recommend! After 15+ years of my family being overcharged with horrible inconsistent service, we FINALLY made the call to Kuhns Pools & were thrilled we did. Very satisfied! Pool pump quit working, sent out for quotes here on help. They responded immediately and even came out on the end because they harkened to be in the area. Turned out not to be a simple fix so they didn't charge a visit fee. I scheduled for a replacement pump, they were done with the installation in two days. Great communication, fair prices, you won't be disappointed with them ( just that you had to spend money to fix something! ).

I am very happy with the pool service provided by Kuhns. I've always thought they did a good job of keeping my pool clean and my system updated. I was recommended their service when I moved to Redlands a few years back.
This past weekend I had company over and my spa heater stopped working. I called Tim over at Kuhn's and he was at my house within an hour and half. He had it up and working in no time. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and great customer service.
