Where to start?!? Gordon is the owner.. and a bad one at that.. called them for a quote and Gordon came out and looked at my pool. I shared with Gordo that I was changing pool people because my old pool person wasn't cleaning the pool as presented. Gordo tests my pool (that was sparkling clean and blue) and says my pool is a chemical dump and they need to drain it before they can start services. Gordo Quoted a very high price to put a $69.00 sump pump in the pool and walk away while it drains. I decided to do this myself. Once pool was drained and refilled they came out as agreed and added

SWIM AWAY FAST!!! Rip off artists. Gordon the owner treats you one way trying to earn your business and once you pay the invoice he changes.. he ignores you, refuses to answer questions, and when his employee lies and does not clean the pool and spa as represented and you bring it to his attention he ignores you over and over and when you ask multiple times he finally responds and he has the nerve to ask you to contact his employee (I wasn't aware I was your manager, I'm amazed that I pay to be your manager and receive lackadaisical service) when gordo asked me to talk to his employee

I had them come out for a quote. They were supposed to start service the next week and never came out. I tried calling but kept going to voicemail. Called from a different number and it ranged. I believe he blocked my number. Crazy!! Do not have them do service with you. Poor customer service! I've heard other things about them too.
